This policy describes how PE.deals handles information when you prepare an acquisition brief or submit an inquiry.

Preparing your brief

Your criteria are processed in your browser while you work. Selecting “Save on this device” stores your acquisition criteria in this browser’s local storage. The saved brief does not include the contact fields. It stays on that browser until you remove it using “Remove saved brief,” clear site data, or the browser removes it. A shared device may allow other users of that browser to see the saved brief.

Submitting an inquiry

If you submit the form, we collect your name, email address, company, acquisition criteria, notes, consent record, and a submission identifier. The inquiry is sent to the existing Exits OS intake service for processing and human review. The service uses n8n and may store inquiry records in Supabase and connected operational systems.

We use this information to understand and respond to your inquiry. Submission does not establish an advisory relationship or guarantee a business introduction. Please do not include patient information, financial account credentials, or sensitive personal information in your notes.

Campaign attribution and technical information

When present, campaign parameters such as UTM tags, click identifiers, and source batch are retained in session storage along with the landing page and referring page. These details may be included with your submitted inquiry to understand its source. Session storage ordinarily lasts for the browser session. Page paths are collected without query strings; recognized campaign parameters are handled separately.

The hosting and intake providers may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the service. This site uses self-hosted fonts.

Confidentiality and service providers

We keep your information confidential and never share it without your permission. Service providers process information to operate hosting, intake, storage, and inquiry handling. We do not publish your brief through this website.

Your choices

You can build, download, or print a brief without submitting the contact form. You can remove a locally saved brief using the button on the homepage. To ask about submitted information, request a correction or deletion, or stop inquiry follow-up, reply to the team’s inquiry correspondence. Retention depends on the purpose of the inquiry and applicable operational or legal requirements; a specific retention period is not promised here.
